For optimum results, please do provide us the Pantone codes of your design colours. Else, our design team will match your desired outcome as much as possible. There will be +/- 5% difference from the actual Pantone colours printed. Visual of Pantone colours may look different different on your screen.

Yes we do! Let us know which product you are interested in, and our team will bring the physical products to you.
However, if you require the samples to have your design on, there will be a fee of $45 as there are setup costs. A full offset of the $45 will made to your order when you confirm to proceed with production.
There are no minimum order to free delivery! Free delivery only applies to 1 location only. Additional of $30 for every location added subsequently.
Yes. You may cancel your order anytime before we proceed to mass production. However, when there are times where the order need to be cancelled during mass production, there will be a cancelation fee based on the number of items already printed.
Up till the point before we go to mass production, you are free to change your artwork location or design.
Typically, as long as we have stocks locally, we are able to deliver them within 3 business working days upon official confirmation of orders.
